1. Accepting these terms
BetterBodyLabs operates this website and publishes BetterBodyLabs apps. "We", "us" and "our" in these terms mean BetterBodyLabs.
By downloading or using a BetterBodyLabs app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Not medical advice
Our apps support healthy daily habits. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise, sleep or health routine.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity on it. You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features and subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse our services: no reverse engineering, abusing rewards, interfering with the apps, or using them for anything illegal.
6. Our content
The apps, website, design and content are owned by BetterBodyLabs, and we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps for their intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Our services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, BetterBodyLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the apps.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.
