Stretching & screen time
StretchLock
Stretch before you scroll
Locks Instagram, TikTok and YouTube behind a 20-second stretch, so every pickup starts with a move.

The problem
Most phone pickups happen on autopilot: thumb to app before you've decided to open it. Hours of that leave necks, shoulders, wrists and eyes stiff and strained.
The idea
StretchLock puts a short guided stretch in front of the feed. Move first, then decide if you still want the app. The pause breaks the autopilot tap, and the stretch doubles as a movement break.
What it will do
01
Choose apps to lock
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any app that pulls you in without asking.
02
Set a quick stretch
A 20-second neck, shoulder, wrist, eye or back stretch stands in front of the feed.
03
Stretch to unlock
Finish the stretch to open the app. Streaks turn each pickup into a small win.
